Rock Creek Mansion 2026 Rental Rates

Rental rates include use of the entire first floor including ballroom (maximum capacity 200) lounge with fireplace and built-in bar, front foyer, coat room, prep kitchen and restrooms outdoor patio overlooking private grounds and dressing room on 2nd floor. There is a covered side walkway with direct access to the ballroom.

Rental rates differ for Weekends (Fri/Sat Day and nights), weekdays (Mon thru Thurs) and Sundays. Rates can also vary based on availability and size of the event.

Social Rates on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays based on a 8 hour rental – 3 hours set up, 4 hour event, 1 hour clean up. Additional hours available: $400/hr for nights & $300/hr for days

  • 18 x 5’ round tables

  • 1 x 4’ round table

  • 6 x 3’ round table, either regular or high tops

  • 10 x 6’ rectangular tables

  • 1 x  (2’ x 4’) rectangle table

  • 1 podium, upon request

  • 180 beige padded metal chairs

OUTDOOR

  • Patio furniture to seat at least 24

PARKING

  • Private, lit parking lot behind the mansion, with 65 spots and street parking in front of the building
