Rock Creek Mansion 2025 Rental Rates

Rental rates include use of the entire first floor including ballroom (maximum capacity 200) lounge with fireplace and built-in bar, front foyer, coat room, prep kitchen and restrooms outdoor patio overlooking private grounds and dressing room on 2nd floor. There is a covered side walkway with direct access to the ballroom.

Note: Discount currently being offered for night rentals for contracts signed by 12/31/25. Rates for that period are Sat $4,500, Fri/Sun $3,900 and week nights $2,500
Social Rates on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays based on a 8 hour rental – 3 hours set up, 4 hour event, 1 hour clean up. Additional hours available: $400/hr for nights & $300/hr for days

  • 180 beige padded metal chairs

OUTDOOR

  • Patio furniture to seat at least 24

PARKING

  • Private, lit parking lot behind the mansion, with 65 spots and street parking in front of the building
